[solo applicant] add a custom column and have scores recalculate without re-evaluating existing criteria

Proof set for Score job (user adds custom column post-hoc, score recalculates)

Pin G3 score: the default scoring config produces a valid 0-10 score for any evaluated job; adding a custom column flows through settings.update and gets fed into the weighted score; weight changes recompute the aggregate per the workspace's aggregation mode; a boolean K.O. criterion with penalty 0 hard-zeroes the aggregate score regardless of other dimensions.
